i downloaded the pdf for audi q7, no problem, open up the file for suspension ok, closed down file but when i came to open up again it saying all files corrupted, but every thing else on compueter ok, have had some one chek out computer and they say its the emanual files, what a waste of money , my advise is to steer clear of this and save some money

I had an Audi some 20 or so years ago, purchased as a replacement for a VW I had. With both, the dealer strongly advised I follow the manual's maintenance protocols which meant taking them in at periodic mileage points---which I had to pay for, of course.

Both cars were nothing special and the parts for each were rather more expensive than for an American car. I dumped the Audi and went back to GM and Ford.

Service department at Audi of Greenwich is terrible especially service consultant Alicia De Marco . She is just not good at her job , she needs some training , she has no manners , no class and she should not be representing Audi in any way .

Bought audi A3 in 2016..since then its an nightmare for me..this car broke down at 6-7 times for different odd reasons..and then there road assistance service are pathetic..In the most recent experience this car stopped working at all on road and it took audi 4 days bt Roadassist to toe the car..its a horrible experience..this car stops working suddenly anywhere

I have a Audi Q5 2011. I absolutely loved my car until end of 2018. Then when things start to go wrong they go MAJOR wrong. Car come out of Audi dealership goes back in off and on. The vehicle starts to fail in a major way.
