Audi A6 Quattro 2016 has been a nightmare experience. Many issues with the A6 and did not drive vehicle for 2 months due to parts issues.
Brake pads warped at 20k miles. Car over heated due to faulty coil on engine coolant system. All under 25k miles. The A6 was pulled from North America for 3 months due to part issues.
Finally car was totaled and Audi Financial is delaying close out documents to insurance, but say that I am responsible for payments on a car that is a total loss. Hold times at Audi financial are 15 to 30 minutes. They claim to have high call volumes, wonder why? They have no support in this area.
This company cuts corners and does not care about YOU at all. They have cut so many corners and paid so many fines already.
WAKE UP and STAY AWAY! The cars look good, but that's about it!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $2000.
