I LEASED AUDI A3 ..2017 TWO WEEKS AGO RETURNED THE VEHICLE BECAUSE TO VEHICLE IS CUTTING OUT EVERY DAY. CLAUDIO THE SERVICE GUY SAYS DO YOU HAVE AN APPT , I TOLD HIM YES AND THAT I WAS THERE TWO WEEKS AGO AND SPOKE WITH HIM HE TELLS ME I DIDN'T SO I GUESS I DONT HAVE ANYTIME ELSE TO DO BUT COME CROSS TOWN I EVEN HAD HIS CARD HE SAYS ..

YOU COULD HAVE PICKED THAT UP AT ANY TIME ARE YOU .. UNPROFESSIONAL ONLY WHEN MY BOYFIREND GOT ON THE PHONE HIS TONE CHANGED.

I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT DEALERSHIP ..NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO THE SERVICE MANGER AND WAS TOLD THAT AUDI WAS AWARE OF THE ISSUE AND THAT HE WAS GOING TO GIVE ME A LOANER.

What do you mean, cutting out? I have a new A3 that stalls when I put it in reverse and start to back up, usually when car is cold.

Is this what you have? My car has been at dealer for two weeks!
