Audi - $71k Q7 and brake problems at 5 months old with 2900 miles o
I called Audi Headquarters to complain about my failing brakes on my 5 month old 2018 Q7 which the dealer claimed was not covered under warranty i spoke to a Rose who claim to be a supervisor with no one higher up that i can speak to. She was rude and unwilling to help get this paid i under warranty i got nowhere. I which i could return this unreliable $71k

Audi - POOR customer service
Horrible customer service never had an experience like this especially for a premium car dealership they should take a thing or two from bmw customer service not buying an Audi agin due to the lack of service from them. audi saint laurent and there so call customer relations centre horrible service

Horrifying Audi experience
Faulty cars Dangerous braking system Not for a family nor anyone concerned about their safety. Crappy mechanics, I will never own another Audi car ever again. Customer service, they might as well not have one - they are useless.
