audi financial billed old bank account after automatic bill pay .got email conformation that it would be deducted on the due date from the new account but never happen and after calling customer service was told that they cannot do anything and not responsible for any overdraft fee from my bank.never had any issues and boldness from and other car company.their customer service really sucks. if i can do it over again i would of lease using a different lender.they are so rude to talk to putting the blame on you ,even though they agree that the payment is set up to be deducted from the right account on the right day. audi suck!!!!!
