The Accident record is not complete but I'm surprised at the comment on the substandard steel. Honda claims their cars are meant to fold up and nearly disappear in accidents since they protect the driver.

I wonder how they figure that. Anyway, all VW cars are made by a criminal organization.

Released a recall on A6 Audis promising to reimburse any out of pocket expenses for repairs prior to recall in 2016. I had to provide receipts three times and proof of payment of over $600 and after six months I received a check for 30 minutes of labor charges totaling $86! I called and wrote and was told they wouldn't do more! So here it is Don't buy Audi vehicles they will cheat you after months of dealing with check engine light for the same code! They stiffed me!

Stay away from this lower tier dealership. They are unethical as they sell cars with major problems and then do not adequately fix or repair the problem once you discover them. Do yourself a big favor and stick to the bigger well known automobile dealers. If you care to see what you're in for just sit in their "show room" and view the caliber of salesman and managers in action. I blew it and bought a good looking junker from them. Big regret. The car they sold me had a bad vibration that I noticed once I was on the highway going home, the check engine light came on and a notice alert that there was a rear light out all came on the dash alert and I wasn't even 30 miles from leaving the lot. I notified my sales person (Yaz) right away. The following Friday I took a vacation day so they could repair the issues. The rear light was a simple fix for them, they wiped a coil and said let us know if the check engine light reappears and they checked the front tires and adjusted with weights. Never checking the back tires. Again on the way home the check engine light reappeared and the vibration was still present. Notified Yaz right away. He came down to my house to pick up the car saying they would fix all the issues. 5 business days later he returns the car and the remedy for the vibration turned out to be a bent rim. They chose to take a rim off the car I traded in (same model) with the promise to put the run flat tire on as these cars must have same tires to drive properly. Now the car I traded in although it had similar rims, I had normal inflatable tires on it. Well upon checking the tires I noticed 3 were run flat with 1 being inflatable. Really! I notified Yaz and was told that a manager was not willing to help out with the issue as it could have been post sales. Really! After I had immediately notified Yaz on the day of the sale as I was driving home of the vibration the managers comment is a perfect example of whom you're dealing with there. I was also told by another salesman when I was waiting for my car that they do not do a thorough inspection on their cars as they only hoist them up to check for leaks. Nothing else that would catch pricey fixes. So, that's the way they run their business. Do not waste your time as you could be in my situation... the owner of a car with issues. Update. Well first time driving the car since return and the rear light warning reappears and the vibration in driving over 65 mph is still there. It appears that not only is the management team dishonest but so was the salesman. What a disappointment. That this group of individuals is allowed to be in the business of selling cars. Just drove it to lunch and the check engine light came back on. It appears nothing was done on any of the issues. Not one item fixed. Seems Yaz is not honest with his customers . Stay away from the auto dealer. It's almost criminal what they are doing.

I am now working wit the BBB for mediation as Max Auto Search is not willingly to communicate by mail, text or phone call. They are choosing to ignore the fact that they sold a car with major issues... a replacement engine is in it and it had been in a previous front end accident as well as the three original issues.

Jane and Dan - We are not responsible for the damage that was done to the vehicle after you took delivery of it. We would be happy to quote you a cost to fix the damage that was done to the vehicle or I would recommend calling your insurance company and filing a claim.
