Bought our Audi brand new. 3 years later the hood is chipping and rusting. Dealership was extremely rude and condescending. Basically told us “tough luck,the rocks caused this” There is no way in *** rocks have caused this damage. There should be no rust on that hood. Why have a warranty if the company doesn’t honor it. Carvana - They took my car for a 500 mile joyride while lying to me about repairs

I purchased a 2018 AUdi A7 from Carvana with 3,906 miles as advertised on their website. My delivery was supposed to be on oct 1, 2019. I got a call on Sep 30 and was told that they had to reschedule my delivery to Oct 11 since the car had a "starting" problem. Upon repeated followups, I was then told that there was an issue with the tires and they needed to be replaced. Up until Oct 11, I wasn't given any more information on the progress and state of repairs of my car. When I got the car on Oct 11, I was surprised to see that it has 5,470 miles on the odometer...so all this time, carvana staff were having a free ride on my car for more than a week while their customer service staff kept on lying to me that they were conducting "tire" repairs/replacement on the car. Bought my car... and end up answering the phone quicker... and i needed a special paper for the California DMV and they took my fax, signed, dated, motorized, overnight mailed it to me..
