Bringing car for service, I learn that there has been a recall of which, of course, I was never informed. Since fuel pump fault can lead to serious accident with bodily harm, I ask when the information was passed on to customers.
"A letter has been sent". When I ask whether it was followed by a call, "We do not do calls". They have of course no mtrace or when or whether the letter was ever sent. Audi Customer Service is nonexistent.
One wonders why they even bother to have a number (which does not pick up very often). More to come about Audi love stories in the book soon to be published, "Das Mafia".
