Own an Audi A4 S Line 2.0 TDI, the higher range of the model. On 85000 miles, 6 years old, full service history, the engine broke down only to find that there was a manufacturing fault on the injection line. After much conversations and debate, Audi replaced the...

Audi - Car Review from Centennial, Colorado
I purchased a CPO Audi A4 recently from a Denver Audi. The car is sound but do not expect to get any luxury amenities without the navigation system. For example: Blue Tooth included but it is not hands free since your contact list is not really loaded. This eliminates voice commands from being utilized. Backup cameras only exists with the navigation equipment and this makes sense how. Found cracks in windshield and they informed me they are filled. As if living in Colorado with sub zero temps will not cause they cracks to expand and shoot across the windshield. I can safely say Audi has lost a customer going forward.

The lie and they lie and they continue to lie. I have been trying to buy a car from them for months (2). Every time I ring I am told a different story. Before you sign a lease with them understand that they get you then. If you want to trade a car in on another brand...

Audi review in Los Angeles, California: Flooding of rear floor of auto
My A6 Audi has a problem that I have never had with any brand of car that I have owned in the last 50 years. It mysteriously leaks under the carpet and seats causing odors and mold and making it undriveable. This has been ignored by Audi "Customer Care" for 1 1/2 years. They cannot obtain any records, dealerships close and purge records with NO accountability to customers. Even on management level, there is just such incredible incompetence and ignorance. They have admitted to not knowing what mold is and that it causes illness. They would have this car passed on to another buyer!! Audi of AMERICA!!!

The worst customer service and customer relation, very poor after sale service and unprofessional staff #audi
The staff lacks professionalism, once you make the payment they basically don't care about you any more. after sale service is poor and you have to chase them in order for you to get what you want done. I regret selecting Audi. I don't recommend Audi cars due to its uncopetent service center here in UAE ---- The staff lacks professionalism, once you make the payment they basically don't care about you any more. after sale service is poor and you have to chase them in order for you to get what you want done. Audi review in Cincinnati, Ohio: Car damaged on service lot
I am completely dissatisfied with my experience at Beechmont Audi in Beechmont, Ohio. I called on 7/12/12 to request that service check out my '03 Audi. I was trying to decide if I should keep it a little longer or trade it in now. I gave the service guy my name, PHONE #, etc., and was instructed to drop off my car that PM so he could look at it first thing in the morning. I did and I left the keys and wrote my PHONE # on the drop box envelope. I didn't hear from him, so I called him mid afternoon, 3PM, to find he had called a number I hadn't given him. It was too late to have any work done and I was charge $50+ for them to look at my car. I was annoyed at this but much more upset after I picked up the car. When I stopped and got out of the car, I saw a large dent in the right rear quarter panel. I went back and was told someone would call me on Monday. The person who called said I should file an insurance claim, that this was no different than if a car hit me at the grocery store. He didn't say "I'm sorry this happened", he didn't offer to help get the repairs done, he just gave me a "it's not our problem" attitude. I'm buying the VOLVO C70 and am never going back to Beechmont Audi again. This guy needs customer service skills and they need to take responsibility for what happens on their lot.

I leased a demo Audi a4 in 2008 that had 6,000km when I picked it up. When negotiating with the salesperson at Owasco Audi Denise, I said that I need a minimum of 75,000km on the lease and she mentioned that you are good with 75+6 =81,000km. I signed 2 documents when...

Why lease if you wanted to buy the car You could have just got a auto loan from a bank or credit union and then pay it off when you have the funds
