I have a 7 year old Audi R8 it says in the service book that the paint and bodywork is covered for 12 years yet the passenger door is starting to blister at the bottom I have been to a body shop to let them look at it they told me it is the alloy that the door is made of that causing the problem but when I went to audi they said it is caused by a stone chip and its not covered what a load of ***. they wount do it they said they will fit me a new door at the cast of £4000 pounds. I have a Porsche as well nearly 20 years old no rust at all so so much for audi T Callan a pissed off audi owner

Audi - Car Review from S, Sao Paulo

In Expocar Alcantara, Lisboa, Portugal, after broken engine, ordererd a new one for Audi A6 Avant (7/2009) 2.0 TDI 170 hp. This, after maintenance 500 kms before. After one and a half month waiting almost, detected need of a new peace, called 'volante do motor' in portuguese, that was not detected in maintenance, but even so, i ordered a new one, after one month and a week, told me the car was ok. Went there to get it, and right before leaving heard the same noise by the time i started the engine, as before, by the time i was told that needed a new ' volante do motor'. This started at 15th of June 2015, and i'm steel waiting for my car to be repaired. My car (42-HX-22) is in Expocar Alcantara, Lisbon, Portugal, located in Rua Luis de Camões, and since they already changed some things for new ones, and steel didn't know exactely were the problem is, i want to complain to you, Audi, because i really think this os not normal in an Audi service. Audi Q7 Complaints on Bad Service and Performance

I am Disha and I bought an Audi Q7 for Rs. 94 lakhs from Bengaluru, two years and four months back. The reason was its speed as I had to travel to different cities and it was a business requirement too. I bought two more Audis for my business officials and purpose. But my experience with Audi is very bad. The first Audi car of mine is Q7 and it is a little over two years old. I have spent Rs. 45 lakhs on my Q7 already for it to run efficiently. Currently, I gave the Audi for service purposes a month ago and I have still not got it back in spite of me paying the full amount. The excuse is that they are not able to get the automobile parts and it’s still to reach India from overseas. I now curse myself for my fleet of Audi. I have a Q3 and an A4 too which are also the same and I had spent huge amount of money on them just to keep them running. Along with the performance of the car, high maintenance cost and bad after sales and dealership services I still thought of keeping my cars. But I am not able to get my car back after giving it for servicing. So I regret my decision of buying the Audi cars and would not recommend anyone to buy such cars or any of Audi cars at all. Audi - Car Review from Markham, Ontario

Our Q5 recently encountered a problem, with the front driver side/passenger side headlights cracking, which resulted in condensation build up in the housing. The warranty for our car states that it covers 80,000 KM, or 4 yrs which until August 2015, whichever comes first. Our car only has a mileage of 46,000 so we were covered under the warranty period. Brought the car into the dealership, in which we were told that even though we were under the warranty timeframe, they could not fix this major problem due to "outside influences". Instead of them taking the initiative to contact Audi Canada for help, they put that responsibility on us, the customers instead. After months of debating and calling, they finally agreed to fix our passenger side headlight. In the midst of fixing, they found out our driver side had the same problem developing, but once again refused to fix that, up to this day. This is completely ridiculous, as they should have helped us fix this huge issue without any hesitation. Furthermore, the service that we received from Jack Kassabian , Mark Wong and Denise from AUDI CANADA were mediocre at best, and was rude all around, making our visit and experience here very un enjoyable. We would recommend you to do your best to avoid this dealership and the brand “AUDI “ at all costs.
